West Delta 152/Mississippi Canyon 357

Offshore Louisiana, acquired from Dominion in 2007.

Shell Oil discovered West Delta 152 in the late 60's with the platform's first production in 1970. Since it began production the field has produced 24.5 million barrels of oil and 103.5 BCF of natural gas. The field covers portions of West Delta Block 152 and Mississippi Canyon 357 with the shallowest production coming from 6,000' and the deepest is at a depth greater than 18,000'. Tammany has an inventory of Proved Behind Pipe reserves as well as additional conceptual ideas left to develop into proven reserves.

The purchase included eight non-operated oil and gas properties in the Gulf of Mexico. The purchase price was $10,000,000 effective January 1, 2008.
