Tammany Oil & Gas LLC (Tammany) announced today that, effective as of July 1, 2011, Tammany is the owner of CIECO Energy Ventures, LLC (CEV) as a result of its acquisition of 100% of the membership interest of CEV and is in the process of filing with the BOEMRE necessary documentation to reflect that CEV's name has been changed to "Tammany Energy Ventures LLC" (TEV). CEV was 100% owned by CIECO Energy (US) Limited (CIECO). The purchase included interest in 12 non-operated oil and gas fields in the Gulf of Mexico. The transaction closed August 12, 2011. The purchase price was not disclosed.

We expect to continue our contrarian approach of acquiring and developing oil and gas properties in the Gulf of -exico. Shelf and Gulf Coast areas. Tammany Oil acquires Summit Gulf Venture, LLC assets - May 8th, 2008

Houston, Texas
Tammany Oil & Gas LLC (Tammany) announced today the acquisition of all the assets of Summit Gulf Venture, LLC (SGV). The purchase included eight non-operated oil and gas properties in the Gulf of -exico. The purchase price was $10,000,000 effective January 1, 2008. Financing was provided to Tammany by NGP Capital Resources Company. The transaction closed April 30, 2008.

We will continue our expansion and search for quality projects to add to our reserve base. In addition to proven reserves, these properties hold numerous upside opportunities.”,

Tammany Oil & Gas Acquires Dominion Properties - June 2007

Houston, Texas

Tammany Oil & Gas LLC (Tammany) announced today the acquisition of the Dominion Oklahoma Texas Exploration & Production, Inc. (DOTEPI) Gulf of -exico. Shelf Divestment Package. The sales package contained properties located in both state and federal waters across the Gulf, both operated and non-operated. The purchase price was not disclosed however financing was provided to Tammany by NGP Capital Resources Company (NASDAQ: NGPC). The transaction closed June 5, 2007.

Erich Kraus, President of Tammany said "we are quite pleased with this opportunity. This divestment was part of Dominion's larger strategy to concentrate on their core business. At the same time this transaction enables Tammany to grow and continue our search for other quality acquisitions."

Tammany Oil & Gas Acquires High Island Properties - April 2007

Tammany Oil & Gas LLC (Tammany) announced today that it has acquired an interest in several oil & gas properties in the High Island Area, offshore Texas. The properties are located approximately 20 miles south of Beaumont, Texas and will be operated by Jefferson Block 24 Oil & Gas, LLC, a 100% owned subsidiary (Jefferson). Jefferson's partner in the acquisition is BlueRock Production, LLC of Houston, Texas. The purchase price was not disclosed however financing was provided to Tammany by NGP Capital Resources Company. Projected daily gross production from the field is expected to be approximately 8,000 MCF per day and 400 barrels per day. The transaction closed March 21, 2007. Erich Kraus, President of Tammany said "this acquisition will be an excellent fit for our management team, allowing us to expand and utilize our operations expertise to add value to these properties."

Tammany Oil & Gas Acquires Offshore Field - December 2004

Houston, Texas
Tammany Oil & Gas has acquired an approximate 38% working interest in West Delta 27 Field from Exxon Mobil Corp. West Delta 27 Field is located approximately eleven (11) miles southwest of Venice, LA. It was discovered by Gulf Oil and Exxon (Humble) in 1957 and has produced over 2.7 trillion cubic feet of natural gas since inception of production in 1965.

Net production for the acquired interest in this field is approximately 3.0 million cubic feet of gas equivalent per day. The transaction closed on Nov. 30, 2004 and has an effective date of July 1, 2004. The purchase price was not disclosed. Financing was provided to Tammany by BlueRock Energy Capital, Ltd. back to top
